For hope for those fighting brain cancer, for their families and care givers, their communities and researchers working tirelessly on this challenge. I carry with me so many people I have had the honor to remember and honor doing this work with 3000 Miles to a Cure. Together we’re going to get there. We’re going to cure this.

I’m a 7 yr brain cancer survivor. My good friend BethAnn Telford did the walk and inspired me. I’m running the World Marathon Challenge in January, so this will be a great part of my training. Most important is showing survivors and newly diagnosed that there is more after the diagnosis. My philosophy is Get Busy Living!

I have come to realize that the small problems in my everyday life are just that…small.
Cancer has touched the lives of people in my family and friends. I realize just how difficult and life altering this disease is.

I’m grateful to be alive and healthy. I have learned over the years that’s all that really matters in life.
Everyday is a blessing and you should give back when and where you can.

I’m looking forward to join my colleagues from Primacy in raising money for brain cancer research and supporting the strong people who have faced much more adversity then myself on this great journey.
